Good Planning Is Where Every Successful Project Starts

Most renovation problems aren’t construction problems — they’re planning problems. Wrong material picks, layouts that don’t work, missed permits, surprise costs. Solid design and planning up front saves time, money, and frustration once the build starts. Whether you need a quick layout review or full project planning, we help you make decisions you won’t regret.

FAQ

Q1: Do you offer simple design help, or only full planning packages? Both. A quick layout review gets the same attention as a full design and planning package. If you’re unsure whether your project is something we’d take on, just call.

Q2: How long does the design and planning phase take? Simple reviews wrap up in a week, full planning packages typically take 3–6 weeks depending on project scope and how many decisions need to be made.

Q3: Can you help even if I’m using a different contractor? Yes. Planning and design support is something we offer as a standalone service if you’re working with another builder or doing the work yourself.

Q4: How does the 10% discount work? The 10% applies to the total project cost when you book within the current month. It’s included directly in your written estimate, no codes or fine print.
