Project Management That Keeps Your Build on Track

Most renovation horror stories come from the same root cause — no one was actually managing the project. Trades stepping on each other, missed deadlines, blown budgets, and unclear communication. A real project manager handles all of that so you don’t have to chase contractors or wonder what’s happening. Whether it’s a small renovation or a large multi-trade build, every project gets the same level of care.

FAQ

Q1: Do you manage small projects, or only large ones? Both. A small renovation gets the same attention as a multi-trade full build. If you’re unsure whether your project is something we’d take on, just call.

Q2: What does project management actually include? Scheduling all the trades, ordering materials, tracking the budget, handling permits, running quality checks, and giving you regular updates. We handle the moving parts so you don’t have to.

Q3: Can I hire you just for project management if I already have contractors? Yes. We can manage projects where you’ve hired your own trades, or we can bring in our own. Either works.

Q4: How does the 10% discount work? The 10% applies to the total project cost when you book within the current month. It’s included directly in your written estimate, no codes or fine print.
